My brother just came upstairs, laptop in hand, Skyping with his two friends Justice and Sam….and then held the laptop up to face me as Justice and Sam proceeded to make awkward conversation with me. And Justice ate a crayon. Sam had hot-pink toy vampire teeth on.
I just need to record that this actually happened for future reference.

Okay, so a perfectly nice girl that I’m friends with on Facebook made a status today that said something along the lines of…”Stop being so hard on Chris Brown, his music is good, Rihanna’s over so why aren’t we?” I won’t quote it directly for her sake.

Gluten free Brownies

Ingredients
225g X Unsalted butter
225g X Dark Chocolate
200g X Caster sugar
1 tsp X Vanilla extract
3 X eggs
250g X Ground almonds
Hand full of walnuts (optional)
Method
Preheat oven 170 degrees celcius (gas mark 3).
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl.
Once melted stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
Allow to cool slightly and beat in eggs.

Well. Not so much finished it as I did review the one that I made 2 weeks ago for a situation like this and stressed over everything in it for hours.
