Gluten free Brownies
Ingredients
225g X Unsalted butter
225g X Dark Chocolate
200g X Caster sugar
1 tsp X Vanilla extract
3 X eggs
250g X Ground almonds
Hand full of walnuts (optional)
Method
Preheat oven 170 degrees celcius (gas mark 3).
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl.
Once melted stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
Allow to cool slightly and beat in eggs.
Lastly add the almonds and walnuts and put into a lined baking tray (preferably a rectangular roasting tin) and bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the top looks slightly firm.
Allow to cool before you remove from the baking tin as it stays quite gooey.
